This is a regular class that will sometimes use props. The props we use are soft ball, theraband, magic circle and weights. If nyou don't have any props available do not worry.

Cancellations on group pay as you go classes are 24 hours in advance.
For group classes that are part of a course paid in advance there are no refunds or exchanges.
